Welcome to the Atlanta Puppetry Guild!
This is our virtual home and your number one source for puppetry information and happenings in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. If you have Atlanta area puppetry news to share, be sure to let our webmaster know.
Our next meeting is Sunday, May 20h, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Center for Puppetry Arts. The meeting will feature Nancy Riggs presenting a reading of a puppet play written by her grandmother, Martha Ellis, that won First Prize in the Junior League Playwriting Contest of 1934. Nancy will also talk about the puppetry produced by Junior League organizations around the country, particularly here in Atlanta. The organization still provides volunteers for the Center for Puppetry Arts.
At the guild meeting, we'll also have:
- Pot luck appetizers and drinks
- Southeast Region updates
Sound like fun? Then be sure to join us for our next meeting. Watch for more details to be posted here and on our Mailing List.
